Jaden's first train ride, and he's lovin' it!
Jaden's first corn dog...he's lovin' that, too! :)
"Mmm nummers!" I think he is going to LOVE "real" food as he gets older. :) He already is such a good eater. Even though he doesn't have back teeth yet, he has the chewing action completely down!
There were several groups of people who were doing white water rafting down the river right next to the railroad tracks. That is the next big adventure that needs to be taken! :) Anyone up for it?
This is the Royal Gorge bridge. People can drive and walk acrossed it. I am not sure if we are going to ever be that adventurous. It looks pretty scary to me!
It was fun to ride by very old architecture. Can you imagina having lived back then??
This was used to carry water into Canon City. It used to be an enclosed wooden tube, but as you can see, the tube has collapsed over time. The frame is still kind of in tact, and the original wooden boards are stuck inside. Pretty cool the different systems they came up with.

Hanging out on the open part of the train. We were out there for over an hour, total. It was gorgeous and so much fun. Jaden did not make a peep the whole time. He is definitely an outdoors baby.

What fun times you all are having! I love it. We went to that area a few years ago. It is stunningly beautiful. So sad your mom has to leave. You all have had great times together. Your little Jaden is so adorable. Looks like he is always smiling - just like his cute mom!
